Who actually does the audit and tax work?
WH Leong & Co, a licensed audit and tax firm registered in Malaysia. Fortura refers and coordinates the engagement rather than pretending to hold a licence it does not.
What does Fortura do in the engagement?
We act as the coordinating party — managing communication, document preparation and submission coordination — and hand over books that are already reconciled.
Is my data shared with the partner firm?
Only with your agreement, and only the financial records needed to deliver the audit or tax work. WH Leong & Co is bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations, and the arrangement is named in our terms and privacy policy.
Who is professionally responsible for the audit and tax work?
WH Leong & Co, under their own engagement letter and terms. Fortura's liability is limited to the coordination services it provides directly.
How long are records kept?
Scans are retained for 7 years, as Malaysian law requires, with a full audit log of every change — so what backs up each figure is still there when it is asked for.
